The Chris Ducusin Advocacy Collective

The Chris Ducusin Advocacy Collective, a ZAMI NOBLA program designed for lesbians 40 and older across racial lines, is committed to building power, fighting against ageism, and organizing to create equitable systems and policy outcomes for equal rights for LGBTQ elders. Our program is named in honor of Christine Ducusin, an Atlanta-based Black lesbian activist and elder who paved the way for many in the community, and her contributions should continue to be recognized and celebrated. Her spirit lives on in the work of the collective.
